Experience the transformational aspects of an All-Level, Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow! Enjoy a well-rounded practice that includes deep breathing, core work, relaxation, stretching and strengthening. Clear instruction, demonstrations and verbal cues (no hands-on assists at this time due to COVID-19) are offered. Please progress at your own level. More advanced poses are offered as you are ready to try. Injuries are welcome! Learn to breathe and move in ways that bring space and feeling into injured areas so they begin to heal. Pregnant? No worries. I'll see you safely through your term and help you return to feelings of health and well-being after baby is born.
I began my yoga practice in 1975 and have studied Sivananda, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara and Vinyasa, all of which led me to the work of Ana Forrest. In 2005 I trained and certified in Forrest Yoga.
I continue to study with Ana and Jose and assist them at workshops and trainings around the country.
