I took my first yoga class as an undergrad at the University of Montana in the mid-1980s – and that experience marked the beginning of my yoga journey. Although born and raised in Chicago, I have spent much of my adult life living, learning, and teaching in a variety of settings and locations throughout the country and abroad. My formal education led to an MS in Curriculum & Instruction from Penn State University. After considering the possibility for many years,I completed my yoga teacher training – and am thrilled to be able to bring my experience and passion for yoga together with my experience and passion for teaching. I am a ERYT-200 specializing in Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga and Yoga for Osteoporosis.
