I have been teaching yoga for 25 years and have been a student of yoga for nearly 38 years. My goal is to show folks that you don't need to be young and super flexible to do it!! Those of us that are either older or exercise challenged, can still reap the benefits in a more gentle way.
Besides teaching yoga, I do Reflexology and have done Upholstery for over 36 years. I love working with herbs and studying alternative and natural ways of healing.
