My style is slower and more meditative than many but with some moderately long holds to enable a good stretch as well as build a bit of heat. I believe yoga is for everybody and every body and so teach my all-levels Resilience Yoga class aimed at a moderate level but offer many modifications as well as opportunities to increase the challenge so that my classes are accessible to practitioners of a wide range of experience and ability. I also teach one-on-one primarily to people who would not or could not do a group class due to physical limitations, fear, or anxiety.
