CAS, PKS, RYT, LMT, CMA, Reiki Master, Vastu Shastra consultant. Teaching Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda have been a life long passion for Sharon. Growing up in India, she learned firsthand, the ancient sciences that she brings to her students and patients. Sharon was brought to Yoga at an early age under the tutelage of her Guruji, BKS Iyengar and Geeta Iyengar as part of her early elementary education in Pune, India. She has been passionately teaching Hatha yoga for over 35 years and her love of learning has led to her to complete numerous other Yoga and Teacher training courses in the USA including the Kripalu Center where she trained in Cardiac Yoga to better serve those that need it. Sharon is associated with MD Anderson Hospital Houston's program as part of their effort to involve secondary treatment with outside practitioners and cancer patients using Yoga, Massage and Ayurveda

My favorite space

I felt emotional the first time I walked through the doors of Sharon's space. A recent transplant to Houston, by way of Puerto Rico - where I moved for a year to re-pivot life and also where my life changed because of yoga.

The space she has created brings the best out of your yoga session like the environment did in Puerto Rico, it is truly a wellness CENTER.

You are not in a strip mall having to hear the smell or noise of the business next door. You are not rushed in and out of your class, instead you have a space to slow down, journal, sip on green tea, have an enlightening conversation with a stranger, or perhaps move your meditation to the walking trail behind the house.

My absolute favorite place to practice and teach in Houston.
