My favorite space

I felt emotional the first time I walked through the doors of Sharon's space. A recent transplant to Houston, by way of Puerto Rico - where I moved for a year to re-pivot life and also where my life changed because of yoga.

The space she has created brings the best out of your yoga session like the environment did in Puerto Rico, it is truly a wellness CENTER.

You are not in a strip mall having to hear the smell or noise of the business next door. You are not rushed in and out of your class, instead you have a space to slow down, journal, sip on green tea, have an enlightening conversation with a stranger, or perhaps move your meditation to the walking trail behind the house.

My absolute favorite place to practice and teach in Houston.
