I have been on a path of self improvement since the 70's, taking Transcendental Meditation, jogging, self help reading. I embraced the notion of self healing. Taught aerobics, cosmetology and now yoga which brings my love of the physical activity for health with human psychology and attainable enlightenment. I teach Kripalu style gentle yoga classes but my real love is "Creating Serenity". Combining yoga, coaching, meditation, body awareness, imagery, conscious breath work, and guided relaxation to teach a powerful method of inner peace and alignment. I am currently enrolled in a 3 year program for Somatic Experiencing Practitioner through the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute.
