I am a psychotherapist and a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. I also am a trained Waldorf teacher. I specialize in helping people deal with anxiety, challenges with concentrating and focus, and coaching for life goals. I love to work with both adults and children.
I see individuals and I also run yoga classes - all with a mind-body holistic focus. My classes are slow paced- more about the process and noticing than about achieving a particular posture. Be present to body and mind and see what magic unfolds.
