I believe yoga is for everyone and really believe in teaching the cpmpassion to be more in our world the word Kripalu yoga meaning is compassion its gentle yoga I love the traditional meaning of yoga which goes way back in history . All said I just love yoga Im an older yoga teacher so I do use notes not trying to be someone Im not , Ilike some humor it goes a long way in life , you should enjoy everyday to the fullest namaste
