I started practicing in the '70's for stress release. Then yoga helped heal my back in the '90's. I can't imagine my life without is my "go to" solution whether I want to balance my body, mind, spirit or emotions.
I've been teaching since '93. After apprenticing with my yoga teacher I completed the Integrative Yoga Therapy program in 1995. I've also attended additional yoga teacher trainings and yoga retreats and I'm registered with the Yoga Alliance--E-RYT.
My style is gentle and purposeful. I see yoga as a tool to help you align with your higher purpose. I love that yoga meets you no matter where you are in your life right now. Let it serve you…Your body, mind, and spirit. Let it heal and balance, bring strength and gentleness, expand and return you to your center.
