I originally began practising yoga years ago having been taking pilates classes and wishing to achieve a greater level of flexibility. When I first started I was very inflexible and couldn’t touch my toes, but something about yoga kept me coming back and I found that with regular practise the poses got easier and I became more flexible and was able to do poses that I’d originally found impossible.

As I practised yoga on a regular basis it started to change my outlook on life and eventually changed it in a major way and I decided to train to be an instructor so I could share the gift of yoga.

My classes are suitable for all levels – there is no such thing as being too inflexible to practise yoga and classes can be modified for your own level of fitness and ability.
I am a qualified nutritionist and can advise on nutrition, diets, and leading a healthy holistic lifestyle. I provide my clients with individually tailored nutritional eating plans.
I have completed a Nutrition and Lifestyle in Pregnancy Course by Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) and' Understanding Obesity' at The University of Edinburgh.
