My first experience with yoga, was in early 2010 studying the Budokon Living Arts System in Miami with founder Cameron Shayne and Sensei Donato. The Budokon System weaves martial arts, yoga and meditation into one discipline, and I found elements of the practice enriching and influencing the way I wanted to live "off the mat".
Moving to San Diego, I found Vinyasa while rehabilitating an injury. I was quickly inspired and began a consistent practice. Having attended teacher training at CorePower Yoga, I received my 200-hour RYT certification. My practice has evolved from an initial physical approach, to a deeper exploration of the spiritual roots of the yogi.
I enjoy unwinding students from the rigors of the day, while still challenging them with a vigorous flow and having fun along the way. One of my passions is for music, and this is evident in classes, providing a mind and body soul connection with the rhythms of the music.
