Hi there! I've been teaching vinyasa, power and flow and slow as well as restorative for about a year and a half. I've been practicing off and on for 20 years and steadily for 7. I found that yoga keeps me centered, calm, and helps me stay in a state of "being" instead of a state of "doing". I like to infuse fun, a few giggles, and a little philosophy into every class. I look forward to meeting new and seasoned yogis alike. :)
