Shawna began her Yoga journey at the age of 18 assuming that she would only gain physical benefits from the practice, but she gained so much more. She experienced a calmer mind, a peaceful and balanced spirit and a new perspective on life. By following her intuition and heart she has gained inspiration and a clear path.
Shawna provides a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for people to practice listening to their inner selves through breath and movement. She has experienced how Yoga can be a powerful medium for healing and learning about our self and others. She believes that when we listen to our true self the light that shines within us comes through and that is when change begins.
