Sheila is a London-based based teacher and bodyworker, freeing up bodies and minds and loving every minute of it.
Over the years Sheila has explored many styles of yoga, practicing all over the world with some of today's leading lights in yoga, bodywork and healing practices. After a long-time love affair with Vinyasa Flow, she was introduced to Forrest Yoga, an intense, inward focused style that she found challenging on many levels. It was founder Ana Forrest who both inspired and trained Sheila to teach, helping her discover a new kind of power in both her practice and her life.
Sheila's classes bring together the powerful, healing depth of Forrest Yoga, with a hint of that soulful, dynamic vinyasa that she's always loved so much.
