Shelley Pulaski-Fisher has been teaching many diverse styles of Group Exercise for over 30 years and in the past 15 years, teaching Yoga . She graduated from nursing school in 1976 , combining her medical background plus her personal interest in weight loss, she got hooked in the fitness business and got her start as a freelance aerobics instructor , then bought her first health club in 1985. Now she concentrates her efforts teaching Yoga, providing Yoga personal training with private clients and Yoga classes as well as teaching Zumba and Lablast. She is also the mother of 20 yr old twin boys
