My mission is to inspire, educate, and empower my clients to take an active approach to their rehabilitation or health maintenance program.
I am a Physical Therapist, Professional Medical Yoga Therapist, and Pilates Instructor.
I received my Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998, my Medical Therapeutic Yoga credentials through Professional Yoga Therapy Studies in North Carolina (), my Pilates certification through Professional Health and Fitness Institute in Maryland, and Yoga Pain Care certification through I have been combining Physiotherapy and Yoga Therapy experience since 1998, and have followed my passion for yoga by incorporating Medical Therapeutic Yoga into my physical therapy practice. Currently, I travel internationally offering specialty PhysioYoga Therapy workshops, trainings, events, retreats; teach at universities, yoga therapy schools and yoga teacher trainings, present at medical and yoga therapy conferences and yoga festivals, and continue to see individual clients. I believe that bridging the gap between Western and Eastern health care philosophies is essential in order to achieve optimal health. My client treatments are individually based and are a unique blend of both approaches. I provide a professional, safe and nurturing environment where my clients can explore and witness the power of self healing!
I hope our paths cross someday :)
