I have been in the fitness world since 1993. I started teaching a movement form called Nia. I felt like I wanted more of something and could not put my finger on it until I walked into a yoga class ( just to check it out). That checking it out has lead me to over 600 hours of yoga teacher trainings. I transitioned into teaching yoga 6 years ago at an exclusive club and spa. It is my passion, honor and love to bring you my knowledge of fitness/wellness and health through the sacred practice and endeavor called yoga.
