I discovered yoga when first moved to Boston, in 2007. In the beginning, I was drawn to the physical aspect of yoga- becoming more flexible, and toned. Within a year of practicing, I noticed a huge change in the quality of my life. I became more grounded, centered, aware, accepting, loving and forgiving toward myself and others. I realized my own truth and self transformation through my practice.
I completed the 200 hour teacher training with David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund at South Boston yoga studio. I teach a creative vinyasa class that focuses on breathing and cultivating inner awareness. Classes will be playful, nourishing, safe, and challenging, using hands on adjustments and inspirational music. Come with an open mind and enjoy the healing powers of yoga!
