Yoga has been an integral part of my life and my wish is to share the joys of this beautiful practice focusing on a holistic, caring and accepting attitude towards ourselves. Through a fluid sequence of alignment based Hatha, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow styles we create space for energy , strength, balance, grounding, compassion and relaxation for ourselves - this is such an enriching gift to self that I believe we can each incorporate into our daily lives and experiences.
