I practice gentle meditative yoga. My classes are designed for beginners and clients that are looking for gentle stretch and strengthening.
WHAT IS GENTLE YOGA?
Gentle yoga is designed for people of all abilities. Gentle stretch benefits, digestion, anxiety, balance, flexibility, core strength, and centered breathing. It is not fast, it is not hot. It is not designed to make you feel awkward. We move slowly through all the joints of the body; we have walls to support us as we build balance, blocks to make our arms longer, blankets to sit on to make us comfortable. Anything that does not feel good, is not encouraged in this class. We start building strength like the turtle, we take our time unlike the rabbit. Take some time to explore the spaces inside, knock some rust off, nurse stretch and strengthen areas you know would appreciate it
