I suffered with anxiety, depression and fear issues for many years. Thankfully yoga came into my life and brought me hope and healing. I was fortunate to not only meet and marry my wonderful husband but his mother was one of BC's first yoga instructors! I remember my very first yoga practice with Muriel, how it helped me be with my body and the sensations and how using the breath with slow gentle movement brought me to a place of peace. I was hooked! Now more than 20 years later I now have my own yoga studio where I love to help others connect to their bodies and find inner peace.
