Yoga informs all I do - The way I move, breathe, feel, eat, connect with people and my surroundings. It started slowly, attending regular yoga classes with various teachers and various styles.

At first it was all about keeping fit and flexible but yoga has a way of seeping into your being and soon subtle changes start occurring.

Sivananda yoga is the style I teach and it's a good balance of challenging poses and deep relaxation.

I always advise to go and try different styles and different teachers - the perfect match is waiting for you. Come and give my class a try it will be lovely to join you on your yoga journey.
