I practise yoga to feel at home in my body, and to discover inner stillness and silence in this busy, noisy world. I trained and taught for many years within a tradition, but more recently I have been exploring different approaches and teaching what I find most inspiring and effective. Teaching yoga has been my main focus for 16 years, and I have taught in many different contexts. I have always been particularly interested in how yoga helps people meet the challenges of ageing and later life.
