I love yoga. I love the peace it brings me, and after practicing for about 15 years, I decided to take the plunge and enter a 200-hour teacher training program so I could share my love of yoga with others.
I love seeing the joy yoga brings to others. That moment at the end of class when students are completely blissed out is priceless.
My specialties include yoga for athletes, especially runners and other endurance athletes, prenatal yoga and mixed level classes.
When I'm not teaching yoga or practicing on my own, you'll find me training for triathlons and half-marathons or spending time with my twin boys and husband. Sometimes we even do yoga together!
