Shrikanth began his yoga journey in 2004 with programs from the Art of Living Foundation. He is a lifelong student enhancing his understanding about Yoga Philosophy, Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation techniques. Under guidance from esteemed teachers Angie Campbell and Chris Yonker - He’s acquired Certification as Registered Yoga Trainer from Yoga Source in Sep 2016 with key teachings from Anusara/Ashtanga schools.
He encourages students to come out of their heads and into their bodies. Emphasizes on gracefully connecting breath and movement, students will move through grounding poses, gentle restorative and breath work.
