MindedYoga classes for pregnancy designed to provide you with authentic classes that will enhance your experience of pregnancy and empower you to have a connected and conscious birth experience
The Pregnancy MindedYoga classes run in courses of 6 x 90/120 minute classes and are suitable for pregnant women from 12-14 weeks onwards. The classes are designed to enable women to feel nurtured, nourished and listened to as well as stretched strong and deeply relaxed. Classes are designed around themes and provide the foundation for the six week courses.
Also incorporated are Active Birth principles, pelvic floor work, exploration of birthing positions and labour breathing
