I discovered yoga as a teenager, while suffering from which left me unable to do much at all let alone any exercise! I found yoga and meditation had a restorative energy that helped me recover and manage life’s challenges in a positive way.
Since then I have continued to study different types of yoga including hatha, vinyasa flow, jivamutki and ashtanga. The more I practiced the more I was able to do and this inspired me to train as a teacher to help others reap the many benefits that yoga can give.
More recently I trained as a pregnancy yoga teacher and my focus turned toward women’s health and the amazing journey into motherhood after having my own baby I love to help women look after themselves during pregnancy and prepare themselves for labour then afterwards provide the support and loving environment for them to feel confident and promote mindfulness in their lives. I love to see my students develop and grow and try to include laughter in everything I do.
