Sianne first started practicing yoga in South Africa as a child with her older sister and mum. This devloped into a steady practice and lead to Sianne's interest in training as a yoga teacher and a yoga therapist in India. Sianne sees yoga as a holistic practice which can bring us health, well being and more joy into our lives. Her classes are well balanced and you are sure to leave feeling embodied, strong and light with a smile on your face! Sianne has also studied psychotherapy and truly believes in yoga as being key to our mental well being.
