I've been a student of yoga for close to 20 years and during that time have practiced and studied many different styles of yoga as well as self-massage, myofascial release and energy medicine (I LOVE them all)!

My classes incorporate aspects from all of my training as well as knowledge obtained from my personal practice. I place a strong emphasis on breath and listening to/feeling the body. My desire with each class I lead is to remove physical tension, clear blocked and stagnant energy and leave you feeling physically and emotionally balanced and strong.
