Physical fitness has always been a major part of my life. Getting my Master degree in Physical Education was just the start of a journey learning more about the human physical body. An introduction to Shiatsu revealed to me the other dimensions of our existance. Then I discovered Yoga.
Over the years I grew more and more passionate about 'fitness' and enjoyed to reach out to others wanting to take care of their own health and wellbeing.
Looking for the necessary tools to be able to assist appropriately I attended several trainings and workshops, and still continue to do so in order to learn and grow.
I got my Yoga Teacher Training with Yogalife (Certified Yoga Alliance RYS200-300) and attended different workshops emphasizing on alignment and the therapeutic value of yoga. I used to be a back patient for a long time but thanks to yoga I now enjoy a healthy back.
