After attending well over 1000 hours of lead practice in multiple lineages and being guided by some truly influential teachers in Bristol, I gained the confidence and ability to take my personal practice even further by completing my yoga teacher training during the year 2016.
Although my own practice includes many lineages, I found the heart of my learning stems from the roots of Hatha yoga. After completing my teacher training I continued with my studying to extend my offerings and qualified as a massage therapist in the spring of 2017.
Yoga plays a huge role in my personal life, helping me to manage chronic pain and lower back issues, I find there is always something new to learn through the practice of yoga. I firmly believe that the journey through yoga can help improve the quality of our life and help us to better ourselves along the way. My path in yoga has helped me connect with myself and others on a much deeper level.
My teaching takes you through a deep practice where I encourage you to connect with your inner-self with openness, honesty, compassion and kindness. I am very excited to be teaching yoga and feel privileged to be part of the growing yoga community in Bristol.
