My journey with yoga begang 2 years ago when I came across a book about "The 5 Tibetans" and started practicing daily. I had tried yoga before but never regularly - and I loved it.
I soon began taking actual classes several times per week, and after a year of dedicated yoga practice I was absolutely hooked. I was amazed at how much of a difference I felt in my mind and body after each class and over a period of time, and I wanted to pass on that experience to others.
Then, in March 2016, I passed my exam as a hatha yoga teacher, and my life practically evolves around yoga now. I love teaching, I love learning, I love the philosophy as well as the physical practice - I simply love yoga!
