I am a trained contemporary dancer and my frustration with injuries and the apparent limits of the body brought me to yoga. I cannot express the emotional, mental and physical benefits it has brought to my life. I am healthier and so muchore patient with my body. I am so passionate about yoga and its benefits that I started teaching in the UK, within a month I had around 4classes a week as well as two children's only classes. I moved to Bangkok in September and now settled into my internship role I am ready to begin teaching and practising as regularly as possible. My prices are negotiable so feel free to enquire.
