Sinziana’s first encounter with yoga dates from 2008 when she was living in Ireland. She accomplished the Ashtanga Teacher Training at the Yoga Loft Brussels in 2014, which brought into her life deep transformation, awareness and compassion. One year later, she also explored Yin Yoga with Joe Barnett at Sampoorna Yoga Brussels, which opened a different chapter on the extraordinary journey of yoga discoveries. She finds that each course followed and every class taught, every encounter with a teacher or a student offer an opportunity to learn and explore the richness of the practice, of the human body and the wondrous ways of the mind. She believes that yoga invigorates, strengthens and liberates, and she is forever under the spell of the amazing healing and solace the practice brings.

Try and you will stay

Safety first - it should be like that.
Balancing mind and body; challenging both.
Friendly and patient way of intro to any exercise.
You will hate her for a while when your muscles are trembling but love her at the end. :-)
