Siobhan started practicing yoga in 2008 in Edinburgh to complement her exercise routine. In 2014 she moved to Qatar where she continued her practice taking it to the air through aerial yoga. Following a yoga holiday in Bali in 2015 she set her mind and heart on becoming a yoga teacher. She studied with Lauren O’Brien in February 2016 to achieve her RYT200.
A passionate yogi with a commitment for sharing the joy of yoga with others she balances a career as a HR Professional with time on her mat practicing and teaching. She loves trying all kinds of yoga and teaches a Hatha style class, focusing on; breathing control and alignment offering lots of variations to encourage freedom and enjoyment at class. A history of dance and theatre means that she is confident and motivational allowing people to open up their hearts and minds whilst stretching and strengthening their bodies. She’s knowledgeable about the philosophy and psychology of yoga and enthusiastic about helping people to make positive lifestyle choices to bring about a healthy body and mind. Her philosophy is ‘listen to your body, it will tell you what’s right for you’
