Sissy is a free lancer yoga teacher.
She started practicing yoga in 2005 and deepened into this path under the guidence of her mentor-teacher Kristina Karitinou-Ireland.
She studied continuously with Kristina and Manju P. Jois till 2012, when she embarked on a spiritual journey which last for 4 years at the Himalayan range. She lived beween Nepal-India till end of 2016, where she studied and practiced the tibetan buddhist philosophy, meditation and tibetan yoga under the instructions of her root tibetan guru, Lama Geshe Lobsang Choephel.
Currently she resides in Munich where she focused in intergating her experiences in teaching and a life style based on therapeutic mindful approach.
