As a teacher of Dru Yoga, Meditation and Restorative Yoga (by Judith and Lizzie Lasater) I am passionate about sharing what I have personally found transformative and healing. Nature and Horses have been woven into my practice and teaching with workshops and outdoor sessions.

I love to facilitate the process for a student to come "home to themselves"
The class is designed to increase awareness through movement, breath work, relaxations and meditations. It is in a safe trauma aware way to enable the student to have choice about their own body, to gain tools for their own self empowerment. The invitation is there to delve deeper into the Spiritual aspects of our being and is an integral part of the wholistic experience.
