I was always attracted to yoga, meditation and Pranic healing for the physical and spiritual
balance they brought me whenever I felt off centre. So I went to my hometown of
Bangalore, India and began training as a Power Yoga instructor. This seemed to be my
calling. I spent 3 months learning and practicing Power Yoga. This modern style of yoga is
based on the principles of Ashtanga Yoga combined with high intensity interval training.
It’s great for weight loss, strength development, mental balance, endurance and
I also spent one month in Mysore completing the 200-hour RYT certification. Specializing
in yoga therapy and pre/post natal yoga.
I do one to one training sessions customised as per each client’s goals and needs. I also conduct Group sessions.
