As an enthusiastic skier and outdoor sports athlete I have found that Yoga offers me a relaxing and challenging balance to daily life which slowly turned into an abiding part of everyday life. Actually I began yoga following a lengthy back injury, and I was immediately fascinated by the intensive and rapid "rehab" influence upon my body and my stamina.

Having studied communication and marketing I gained profound experience in media, advertising and public relations. Finally I committed to an International Yoga Teacher Training program at the Amrit Nam Sarovar School in France and qualified as an International Ski Teacher.

Since I started Call-a-Yogi® I have been working with athletes, managers and people with a wide array of health symptoms such as back pain, fatigue, migraine, insomnia, rehabilitation issues and even allergies.

In addition to open classes, I am also offering private and corporate sessions. I lead courses, coaching programs and workshops at companies, events and trade fairs. 2006 I have started SkiYo - feel the flow!®, a unique combination of skiing and yoga. or outdoor sport and yoga.
