Sonnie Hildreth

I was born in Brazil. I have being practicing yoga for 13 years. I did receive my teacher training with Rene Quenell at Yoga Madre in June 2011 and I have being teaching full time since. I have embraced a variety of healing modalities. Reiki, Transcendental Meditation, The Melchizedek Method, Holographic Repatterning, Angel Healing and the Tapas Acupressure Technique(TAT). My spiritual background came to play a big part in my yoga practice. I try to pass to my students the idea that the process is much more important than the outcome. Each step that we take to improve a pose/asana is that inward voyage to our center to discover, accept and create a new you. The same way that yoga enriched my life, my desire is to pass the same philosophy to others with care, compassion and commitment.
