Yoga and I have been in a relationship for 15 years. We were introduced by a colleague in the mental health field who had just completed his yoga teacher training. After my first few classes I began to realize the powerful way yoga could stretch the body AND quiet the mind. I began to immerse myself in the practice, reading books and taking classes, and I also began to notice the urge to share yoga with others. Yoga and I have traveled a long, windy back road to get to where I am now - my 200 hour teacher training completed and a practice that supports me when I need it. Mindfulness is Yoga’s faithful companion and has become an integral part of my practice, my relationships, my life. I look forward to sharing my love of both with you. :)
