I love sharing the gift of yoga with others.
I was slow to take to it but I'm now committed to practising yoga for life because there's nothing that works the mind-body-spirit as well as yoga for me.
Yoga is a lot of fun which is why I keep doing it. It's also quite hard which keeps me at it.
Therapy yoga is intelligent, intuitive yoga that prescribes moves that are right for you, for how you are, in the season we're in and at that time of day.
