I originally trained with Brian Cooper and Nawajyoti in 2003, I found Ashtanga really my body didn't seem to want to move how I wanted it to. It took me study into Pilates, Yoga Sports Science Anatomy, a PGCE and learning about Kundalini yoga to get me to my practise today. My knowledge of the postures however, I feel, is still only just beginning. Meditation is deepening. My particular style now is undefined I would say. Every body is different, every class is different. I teach baby yoga to Bikram. Along the way I find some very special people to practise with!
