I started yoga during my lunch break to move because my job was too inactive and fell like a lack of energy. Since the first lesson I fell in love with yoga and didn't stop practicing.
I went in many yoga workshop and practiced with very good teachers in hatha and ashtanga yoga. I love to teach and see that my students improve and feel in an healthier mood.
I read also a lot about personal development and health issues, nutrition, breathing techniques and about how to increase and keep energy and self motivation, self confidence.
