I found my path in practicing and sharing the art of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. But it was a long journey to get on this path. As a former scientist I know all about having a busy life. A lifestyle I felt less and less comfortable with. But ignoring those first signs and dealing with other difficulties it took a few years until a real depression hit me. The only way out was to quit my job and start therapy and yoga. It was in this moment that the possibility appeared to find out what I truly want to do in my life. Now I share with great passion everything I have learned along the path and what makes me so joyful and truly happy.
