I am yoga + pilates teacher who loves dancing and travelling, who is addicted to #cuteyogapants; and I make a mean healthy green smoothie. I am passionate about movement, be it dance, yoga or pilates or even running as these practices help us create body-awareness and mindfulness, which keeps our mind and body healthy and happy.
I am inspired by Baptiste Yoga because its the reason why i fell in love with yoga and became a yoga teacher. It helped me come to terms with my inflexibility and that i can make the practice fit me rather than i try to fit my inflexible body to yoga.
