Yin Yoga is the marriage between Yoga Asana and Meditation. IN Yin, we hold grounded poses for 3-5 minutes each to connect deeply to the body's connective tissue, known as the fascia, to release long-held emotions, stories and tensions in the body, mind and spirit.
Enjoy our daily Flow classes, suitable for all levels, each morning. Fluid sequencing of postures, linked with the breath revitalize and rejuvenate the body, mind & spirit. A balanced, holistic & safe flow sequence will be introduced each morning to energize you for the day. Afternoon classes will unwind with a more gentle Hatha Flow with Restorative/Yin poses that focus on healing & letting go.
