Hi, I have been practising yoga for 20yrs and it is an integral part of my life. Yoga has become a journey of self discovery, of unravelling who I am. I teach a flowing style with a focus on alignment and the real yoga that happens off the mat as we begin to transform. I also teach restorative yoga to help bring balance to our super busy lifestyles. I offer classes to adults, teens, children, pregnant women and families. Yoga for all ages and all bodies, you don't need to be flexible to start a yoga class.
I am qualified through Yogacampus and BWY and continue to study with my teacher Rod Stryker. I have studied with Shiva Rea, Tias little, Shannon Paige and specialist training with Jo Manuel, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Judith Hanson Laseter. I am fully insured and CRB checked.
