I have been practicing yoga three days a week for over 20 years and have been teaching for 10 years. Only after I became injured, did I truly begin to understand the power of Yoga. After I had back, neck and shoulder surgery, I made the decision to become more disciplined with my yoga and meditation practice. I began by taking a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Joschi Yoga Institute. That was the beginning of my journey of self discovery and self study. In 2010, I felt the yearning to go deeper, so I embarked on a 300hr advanced teacher training at Laughing Lotus’ Lotus Flow University. I also studied Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater. In . In 2015, I completed a 500hr advanced “Change Your Life” teacher training with Ragunath Cappo and Sondra Loring. I continue my studies with Tiffany Cruikshank at Yoga Medicine and have completed the function and dysfunction of the spine, hip and shoulder modules. I hope to use my knowledge to help people function better and learn to be the best version of themselves.

Excellent Instructor

Stacey has a wealth of knowledge about yoga in the physical sense as well as spiritual. She is passionate, caring and mindful. She ensures that you are doing the proper technique and helps you become more aware of your body and breathing. She has taken me from a level 1 to a level 2/3 yoga practitioner. I strongly recommend Stacey. I learn something new every session and her authenticity is refreshing.
