I received my 200 RYT at Half Moon Yoga with Joanie Andrews. My classes are designed to be a Mindfulness based Vinyasa flow. I work to bring students to the present moment by cultivating breath, focusing on alignment and setting an Sankulpa (intention). The flow is intended to bring confidence to the student while they focus on their Sankulpa. We exercise both the mind and body! I believe the more you show up for yourself, the more you can show up for others.
